This is just a brief note to say a huge 10Q (thank-you) to everyone who helped raise over $5,000 for Ryan's and  Austin's family to use to purchase a handicapped-accessible van. Both boys are battling Duchenne's Muscular Dystrophy. Their courageous family was greatly aided by the Kendall/Aurora Chapter of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, which approved $5,000 in matching funds for a pancake breakfast here at Hope on September 11, 2010.  This help means so much to this family, 10Q! “Whatever you have done to the least of these, my brethren, you have done unto Me,” Jesus said. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
