The devil came to bring death and bring it abundantly. Fallen humanity has erupted in lawlessness worldwide. ISIS beheads Christian men, women, and children and slaughters thousands. People who feel the legal sysem in the country has let them down riot in the streets, destroying their own communities. The vast majority of courageous, dedicated, policemen and women are smeared by the alleged wrong-doing of a few. The vast majority of law-abiding people of all races are smeared by the alleged wrong-doing of a few. 
     Enter the Prince of Peace Who was born to bring peace on earth, goodwill toward all people. Let there be peace on earth, goodwill toward all and let it begin with me, as I follow my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! May He work through me to be part of the solution to this world's many problems, even as He works in your heart through Word and Sacrament, Law and Gospel!
