In 40 years of legalized abortion, 55,808,387 Americans have been killed. Across the United States it seems that monsters have declared war on our children in their schools, theaters, and stores. In Belgium, two 45 year old deaf men were recently euthanized because they convinced doctors that they could not bear to live without their sight. Belgium plans to seek the right to expand euthanasia to Alzheimer's patients and to children. Various states across our country are also seeking to expand physician-assisted death.

The devil is a liar and murderer from the beginning who came to bring death in all its abundance. Jesus Christ, the Lord of Life, came to bring life in all its eternal abundance. Because He died for us, we can receive forgiveness and become part of His life-giving solution. Pray that the Lord would give you a real passion for improving the lives and the eternal destinies of your neighbors. Raise funds for a homeless shelter, feed the hungry, support world missions, go on a mission trip, investigate how to stop human trafficking, offer to help at problem pregnancy centers, contact your elected leaders about your ideas for minimizing violence, and yes, actively promote respect for all human life from the moment of conception to the moment of natural death.  

Yes, involvement to share life in all its eternal abundance may cost you a little of your time, some of your talent, and as much money as God leads you to use, but callous indifference is not an option for believers who love their neighbors as themselves, for “Love always protects”
(1 Corinthians 13:7) and “Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of Mine, you did for Me,” Jesus said.  (Matthew 25:40).
