Sometimes we have clearly defined mutually-exclusive moral choices: law or anarchy, life or death, Bears or Packers…
Sometimes the distinction is a bit artificial. There is no biblical mandate to decide whether you celebrate Easter with eggs and chocolate OR with your brothers and sisters in Christ at Church. This isn't an “either-or” decision. It can easily be a “both and.” During this Holy Week, embrace God's gift of forgieness, eternal life, and faith in the Person and work of Jesus Christ AND enjoy building customs and traditions (including eggs, chocolate, jelly beans–although in moderation and not in the same recipe) that strengthen your appreciation of this special time of year!
Maundy Thursday and Good Friday worship are at 7:15PM. We celebrate Christ's resurrection from the dead Easter Sunday at 9 AM and with a “brunchfast” immediately following (10:15-ish). Come and join us for both and!
