This past weekend our choir joined with the choir and the good people of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Aurora to praise God for the gift of His Son, our Lord Jesus Christ. In spite of horrendous weather which caused at least one fender bender, the joint praise of the Prince of Peace was wonderful.

Thanks to Director Hope Grote and St. Paul's choir, Pastor DeMoss, St. Paul's pianist and sound technicians, and to every member of our choir who went the extra mile to practice so diligently and perform so well in praise of the only true God.  Members of our choir literally “sparkled” with enthusiasm, talent, and wit.
There is more special music to come here at Hope this Sunday, December 19, 2010, at 9:00 AM. Our Christmas Eve candlelight service will be held at 7:15 PM on December 24, 2010, and our Christmas Day carol sing will be moved to December 26th at 9:00 AM. We hope to see you there!
