A Mille-stone

April 22, 2016 admin Uncategorized

The mild winter, gang warfare, and a surge in ungodliness has led to Chicago reaching the unenviable milestone of 1,000 shooting victims earlier than ever this year! How many of these black lives matter? All of them. How many of these Latino lives matter? All of them. How many white lives, police lives, Polish lives, legal and illegal immigrant lives matter? YES, all of them matter to God who commands us NOT TO KILL!
Jesus died an unjust death after a Kangaroo court declared Him innocent three times and sentenced Him to the cross. He took the millstone of all sins of all people of all time and hung in agony on the hell of the cross to redeem all people. Jesus died to save shooters and shooting victims.
Repent and believe the Gospel for the Kingdom of heaven is at hand. For all those who don't repent and trust in Christ, there is literally hell to pay. “Vengence is Mine, says the LORD. I will repay.” Even if our efforts to reform our courts fail and law enforcement cannot catch the evil-doers, God sees and knows all. The penitent receive forgiveness they don't deserve and could never earn and the unbelievers receive an exactly appropriate punishment in the fires of hell.
